Step 1 - Get onto 196th/SR524
From I-5 Southbound, take exit 181 and turn left (west) at the light at the foot of the exit ramp (196th - SR524). [Go left at the split before the light; both left lanes turn left.]
From I-5 Northbound, take exit 181A (the first one!) and turn left (north) at the light at the foot of the exit ramp (44th). [Both left lanes turn left.] Proceed through the first light (200th) and take a left (west) onto 196th.

Proceed west on 196th about 1.5 miles.
You will cross US-99 (landmarks: three corners - Arco, 76 Station, shopping center with GI Joes and Albertson's).
Turn right (north) at second traffic light (68th).
First left -- (west).
Second left - 70th (south).
First right (west) - 193rd Pl SW.
